Cancer occurs mostly due to the misdiagnosis of the disease. Such health problem has to be checked for several times by the doctors before confirming the presence of that problem in the patient’s body.

Both Celebrex and Vioxx was initially recommended for arthritis but later it was found that these medicines are the major cause for the increase in liver damage and stomach bleeding. As these drugs resulted in many side effects it was banned by the drug administration for arthritis. Rezulin is also one such drug that was recommended for diabetes. Later this drug was recalled as it resulted in the increase of live failure problems. The glossary also provides a term called tort which refers to malpractice law. This law is helpful for people in taking up action against any medical malpractices. This law also helps in getting the worthy compensation at the right time.
